Gina Adams, artist
Artist Gina Adams is hosting a performative community art project in the museum’s Russo Atrium. She will invited attendees to cut letters from treaties to revisit the historically broken treaties between the U.S. government and Native American communities, including the Treaty of Wyandot 1785, which she worked on as a Dartmouth artist-in-residence. The cut letters will be placed on the window of the museum’s entrance so museum-goers see and read the text.
Events are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted.
