[more]This two-gallery exhibition features abstract paintings on canvas and paper by Colleen Randall, including new works created in 2018 and 2019 alongside slightly earlier works from her Immanence and Syncope series. The show begins on January 2, 2020 and will run through May 31. Professor Randall will deliver a lecture titled "The Abstract Sublime: Vision and Process" in the Hood Museum's Gilman Auditorium on Thursday, January 30, at 4:45 pm.
[more]Christina Seely's show Dissonance will be installed in the Jaffe-Friede and Strauss Galleries from January 14 to March 8, 2020. She will give a public lecture on the work on January 14, 2020 in the Black Family Visual Arts Center's Loew Auditorium at 5:00 p.m. The exhibition Dissonance highlights works made since Professor Seely was hired as an Assistant Professor in the Studio Art Department at Dartmouth College.
